2004
This year marked a significant milestone in the history of our company “MARJA ASHYO SAVDO”. The company was founded by Kabilov Hikmatilla Appanovich, who laid a strong foundation for future growth and development.
2004
On July 1, 2004, the first office of our company opened in Tashkent, marking an important step towards establishing and strengthening our market presence. In its early years, our company specialized in wholesale trade of building materials, offering clients quality products for various construction needs. This period marked the beginning of our journey to success and leadership in the industry, and since then, we have consistently strived for improvement and growth.
2005
The beginning of the year marked a new stage in our company’s development. It was during this period that the first sales of construction bitumen of the Bn-5 90/10 grade were made. These sales became an important step towards our entry into the field of waterproofing products, which subsequently became one of the key areas of our company’s activity.
2005
In the autumn of the same year, our company carried out its first roof repair works on residential buildings. These projects served as the initial tests of our capabilities in roofing. At that time, the work was performed using construction bitumen and roofing felt, which was standard practice for that period. These first steps laid the foundation for the further development and strengthening of our experience in roofing and waterproofing services.
2006
By the end of this year, our company demonstrated significant growth in construction bitumen sales. If at the beginning of the year the sales volume was 300 tons per year, by the end of 2006, this figure doubled and reached 600 tons. Such an increase indicated increased demand for our products and strengthened the company’s market position.
Additionally, in 2006, our company significantly expanded its operations in the field of roofing and waterproofing works. The total area of completed works amounted to up to 40,000 sq.m. This result became an important achievement and confirmed our ability to successfully handle large-scale projects, ensuring high quality and reliability in the execution of all orders.
2009
This year, our company continued its rapid development thanks to the initiative and foresight of the management. Under the guidance of our leaders, a significant decision was made to begin the development of a technological line for the production of rolled waterproofing materials. This step became crucial in the company’s strategic development, aimed at expanding the product range and strengthening its market position. The management’s initiative, combined with proactive actions, enabled us to lay the foundation for future success in the production of high-quality waterproofing materials.
2010
Launch of the rolled waterproofing line. At that time, there was already a manufacturer of rolled waterproofing on the RUz market. This was a kind of challenge for us, a call for open competition with another manufacturer. A series of pivotal decisions were made, which subsequently became our principle in the production of all types of our products. These are Quality, Warranty, Service. We chose our own path. What do these 3 words mean, and how do we understand them?
Quality above profit. We do not chase competition and do not lower quality or, correspondingly, price. To compete, we have chosen that quality must meet all customer expectations.
Warranty. We provide a warranty on our products from the outset, as we are confident in their quality.
Service. Our manager implemented a Turkish customer service model. Everything is for the customer’s convenience. This manifests in many ways: providing recommendations for waterproofing works and beyond, offering free transportation as a bonus for our regular customers, and demonstrating punctuality and responsibility towards every customer.
2011
This year, our company actively worked on expanding its product line to meet the growing demand for waterproofing materials. Increasing production volume was an important step in this direction: production capacity grew from 4000 sq.m to 8000 sq.m per day. This allowed us not only to meet the needs of our clients but also to significantly increase production efficiency.
One of this year’s key achievements was the introduction of a new product into our range — Folgoizol. This material, equipped with a protective layer of aluminum foil, has become an important addition to our product line, offering our clients even more reliable waterproofing solutions. This step strengthened the company’s market position and reaffirmed our commitment to innovation and quality.
2012
By the end of 2012, our company achieved significant success in its production and commercial activities. During this period, 2000 tons of bitumen were sold, demonstrating high demand for our products. Furthermore, we successfully sold 900,000 sq.m of roll waterproofing, which became an important indicator of the company’s growth. Within the framework of waterproofing projects, over 70,000 sq.m of work was completed, confirming our ability to execute orders of various scales with high quality and on time.
2012-2018
During this period, the company actively developed, focusing on increasing production capacity to meet the growing demand for our products. We also significantly increased our staff, which allowed us to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality. At this time, important dealer agreements were concluded throughout the Republic, which expanded our sales geography and strengthened the company’s position in the market. In addition, we began to actively work on the development of new products, striving to offer our customers even more innovative and high-quality solutions in the field of waterproofing.
2019
This year marked an important milestone in the development of our company—the opening of a new workshop for the production of semi-finished products, such as glass fabric and glass cloth, which are used in the manufacture of roll waterproofing. The commissioning of this workshop was a significant step forward, allowing us to significantly reduce the cost of production, which, in turn, made our materials more competitive in the market. This strengthened our position and allowed us to offer our customers high-quality products at more affordable prices. Also in 2019, our company entered into important partnership agreements with suppliers from Turkmenistan for the import of road and waterproofing bitumen, which is used both for further sale and for the production of our roll waterproofing. In the first year of these agreements, we managed to import over 1,000 tons of bitumen, which was a significant achievement and laid the foundation for further successful cooperation and growth of the company.
2020-2021
Quarantine. Since the beginning of April, our organization has received a full-fledged permit to continue production and provide rolled waterproofing for strategic government facilities. We consider it a reason to be proud that during the entire quarantine period we did not stop for more than one day and supplied rolled waterproofing for construction: hospitals, first aid stations, containers for self-isolation and treatment of citizens, for mobile first aid centers in remote parts of the Republic.
2022
This year saw the start of development of a technological line for the production of liquid waterproofing products, such as Bituminous primer and Bituminous mastic. In 2022, exports to Central Asian countries such as Tajikistan and Kazakhstan also began. Products such as roll waterproofing and construction bitumen.
2023
The production and sale of liquid waterproofing products has begun. 2023 saw the highest results in terms of completed waterproofing and roofing projects, with over 230,000 square meters across the entire republic.
2024
Start of construction of a large complex, 65,000 sq.m in size, for the production of products such as: bituminous sealants, bituminous varnishes, hot-applied bituminous mastics, membranes for various purposes, thermal insulation products. Construction work is also underway at the complex for a research center for developing new products and modifying existing ones. Our path to development does not stop there. We are moving toward even greater heights in the field of construction products.
