Construction of a scientific center and an expanded complex for the production of waterproofing materials “M Korpus”

In 2024, considering the growing market demand for waterproofing materials, the management of “MARJA” decided to implement a strategic decision to construct a new multifunctional complex with a total area of 65,000 sq.m. This complex will include three key blocks, each playing an important role in the production and logistics process.
Block “A” will be dedicated to scientific research and development. Here, an advanced scientific center will be created where specialists will develop new types of waterproofing products, as well as improve existing solutions. This block will become an engine of innovation, allowing the company to remain a leader in the industry.
Block “B” will be designated for direct production. Its workshops will establish the manufacturing of various waterproofing products: including bituminous sealants, varnishes, hot-applied mastics, as well as membranes and thermal insulation materials. This block will significantly increase the company’s production capacity, meeting the growing demand for its products.
Block “C” will perform storage and logistics functions. This is a mobile warehouse that will operate around the clock, ensuring prompt shipment of products. Thanks to this block, the company will be able to flexibly respond to customer requests and promptly deliver products to the required regions.
The new complex is planned to start operations in May 2025, marking an important stage in the development of “MARJA” and strengthening its position in the market of waterproofing materials.
