This year saw the start of development of a technological line for the production of liquid waterproofing products, such as Bituminous primer and Bituminous mastic.
Production and sale of liquid waterproofing products began. 2023 was the highest result in terms of completed waterproofing and roofing projects – over 230,000 sq.m throughout the Republic.
Start of construction of a large complex, 65,000 sq.m in size, for the production of products such as: bituminous sealants, bituminous varnishes, hot-applied bituminous mastics, membranes for various purposes, thermal insulation products.
A year of large-scale company growth. Production of sealants, paint and coating materials, and specialized emulsions was launched. Partnerships were established with manufacturers from Germany and China, the road chemicals division began to develop, and innovative materials for road construction were introduced.

Founded in 2004, Marja Ashyo Savdo has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the production of waterproofing materials. During this time, we have established an efficient production line for both roll-on and liquid waterproofing. Thanks to many years of experiments and tests, we have developed unique formulas for each type of our materials. In the segment of roll waterproofing, we offer more than 15 different products, each of which has its own characteristics in terms of thickness, density, and strength, and most importantly, its own unique scope of application.
