Construction of the Scientific Center and the “M Corpus” Expanded Waterproofing Materials Production Complex

In 2024, in response to the growing market demand for waterproofing materials, the management of MARJA made a strategic decision to build a new multifunctional complex. Covering a total area of 65,000 m², the facility will consist of three key blocks, each playing a vital role in the company's production and logistics operations.
Block A will be dedicated to research and development. A state-of-the-art scientific center will be established where specialists will develop new waterproofing solutions and improve existing products. This block will serve as the company's innovation hub, helping MARJA maintain its leadership position in the industry.
Block B will house the production facilities. The workshops will manufacture a wide range of waterproofing products, including bitumen sealants, varnishes, hot-applied mastics, membranes, and thermal insulation materials. This expansion will significantly increase the company’s production capacity and meet the growing demand for its products.
Block C will serve as a storage and logistics center. Operating as a modern 24/7 logistics hub, it will ensure fast and efficient product dispatch. This will allow the company to respond quickly to customer needs and deliver products to various regions without delay.
The new complex is scheduled to begin operations in May 2025, marking an important milestone in MARJA’s development and further strengthening its position in the waterproofing materials market.
