MASTIFIX Polymer Bitumen Primer is a solution of petroleum bitumen, polymers, and adhesion-enhancing additives dissolved in organic solvents. The distinctive features of this product are its resistance to aggressive environments, temperature fluctuations, and excellent adhesion to various surfaces.
MASTIFIX Polymer Bitumen Primer is one of the most resistant products within the bitumen primer range when exposed to aggressive environments. It can be applied at temperatures from -20°C to +45°C while maintaining a drying time of no more than 3 hours. This unique performance is achieved through the addition of polymers during the manufacturing process.
Application: MASTIFIX Polymer Bitumen Primer is primarily used to increase adhesion between substrates and waterproofing materials. It is also widely used in road construction applications.
Storage: Store in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at temperatures from -20°C to +50°C. Shelf life: 12 months.
Transportation: The primer can be transported by all types of vehicles in a single row by height. Transportation must comply with regulations for flammable materials.
Packaging: Metal buckets, plastic buckets, and metal drums. The packaging type is agreed upon before signing the contract.
