Hydroizol Foundation is a roll-type bitumen-based waterproofing membrane. It is manufactured by applying a bitumen-polymer binder to both sides of a fiberglass base. The binder consists of bitumen, polymer modifiers, and mineral fillers. Distinctive polymer films are used as both upper and lower protective layers.
Hydroizol Foundation is designed for the installation of multilayer (typically two-layer) waterproofing membranes in foundations, underground and buried structures, cut-and-cover tunnels, stylobates, parking facilities, and similar structures.
The material is installed by torch application onto a prepared substrate or over previously applied bitumen-containing materials such as bitumen primer, bitumen mastic, or other compatible waterproofing products.
Storage
Rolls should be stored vertically in a dry, enclosed area, in a single row, at least 1 meter away from heating equipment.
Transportation
The material may be transported by all modes of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with applicable freight transportation regulations.
