Roofizol TFP is manufactured by applying a bitumen-polymer binder to both sides of a fiberglass base (glass fiber mat or reinforced fiberglass fabric). The binder consists of bitumen, polymer modifiers, and mineral fillers. Protective layers are then applied to both sides of the membrane. Aluminum foil and polymer film are used as protective coverings.
Roofizol TFP is ideally suited for use as the upper (finishing) layer of roofing systems. The material offers excellent mechanical strength and a service life exceeding 20 years. The upper surface is protected with 14-micron aluminum foil, while the underside is covered with a protective polymer film featuring the MARJA corporate marking.
Storage
Rolls should be stored vertically in a dry, enclosed area, in a single row, at least 1 meter away from heating equipment.
Transportation
The material may be transported by all modes of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with applicable freight transportation regulations.
