Bitumen Waterproofing Mastic

Bitumen Waterproofing Mastic is a ready-to-use material based on petroleum bitumen containing technological additives, mineral fillers, and organic solvents. It is designed for waterproofing the foundations of buildings and structures.

Bitumen Waterproofing Mastic is a universal-purpose product used to protect foundations and underground structures from moisture. It creates a seamless waterproof membrane that effectively prevents contact between foundations and moisture, groundwater, and wastewater. The material can be easily applied using a brush or roller and is suitable for surfaces of any geometry. The mastic has a heat resistance of up to 80°C. It provides strong adhesion to concrete, wood, and metal substrates while forming a seamless waterproofing layer. For foundation waterproofing, consumption starts from 2.7 kg/m² when applied in two consecutive coats.

Application: Cold-applied Bitumen Waterproofing Mastic is ideal for coating waterproofing of foundations, piles, and other structures buried in the ground. Application temperature ranges from -5°C to +40°C. The substrate temperature must not be lower than -10°C. Do not use near open flames.

Transportation: The product may be transported by all types of covered vehicles in accordance with applicable cargo transportation regulations. Transportation must comply with regulations for flammable materials.

Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight at temperatures from -20°C to +40°C. Pallets should be stored in a single row. Storage regulations for flammable materials must be observed. The manufacturer guarantees compliance with technical specifications provided transportation, storage, and application requirements are followed. Shelf life: 18 months from the date of manufacture.

Packaging: Metal buckets, plastic buckets, and metal drums. Packaging type is agreed upon before contract signing.
