Protects the insulation from water vapor generated indoors and significantly reduces the possibility of moisture condensation in the building envelope. Moisture condensation negatively affects the thermal characteristics of the insulating layer and increases the risk of fungi, bacteria, and mold. The vapor barrier film is made of high density polyethylene.
