Wind and Moisture Protection Membrane

Used as a vapor barrier layer in roofing systems. It protects thermal insulation from water vapor generated inside buildings and significantly reduces the risk of moisture condensation within building envelope structures. Moisture condensation negatively affects the thermal performance of insulation materials and increases the risk of mold, fungi, and bacterial growth. The vapor barrier membrane is manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
The vapor barrier film made of high-density polyethylene is designed to protect roofing structures from vapor generated inside buildings. It provides excellent water and vapor resistance, minimizing the penetration of excess indoor moisture into building structures.
Application Area
Used as a vapor barrier in roofing systems to protect insulation from water vapor generated indoors. Vapor barriers significantly reduce the possibility of moisture condensation inside building structures. Moisture adversely affects thermal insulation performance and increases the likelihood of mold, fungi, and bacterial growth.
Transportation
Rolls should be transported in covered vehicles on pallets in a horizontal position.
Storage
Rolls must be stored on pallets, indoors or under a canopy, in a horizontal position and at least 1 meter away from heating equipment. Up to 25 rolls may be stacked on a single pallet.
