Roofing Bitumen Mastic

Roofing Bitumen Mastic is suitable for the repair and waterproofing of soft roofing systems. The product is supplied ready for use and features high heat resistance and elasticity. It reliably protects roofs and other construction elements exposed to moisture. After curing, it forms a durable seamless waterproofing membrane without joints. The mastic demonstrates excellent adhesion to various substrates, especially concrete and metal. Depending on layer thickness, it fully dries within 12–24 hours.

The product is designed for cold application and can be easily applied with a spatula or brush, even on geometrically complex surfaces. Suitable for year-round use with an application temperature range from -5°C to +40°C.

Application: Operating temperature range from -5°C to +40°C. The substrate temperature must not be below -10°C. Do not use near open flames.

Transportation: May be transported by all types of covered vehicles in accordance with applicable cargo transportation regulations. Transportation must comply with rules for flammable materials.

Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight at temperatures between -20°C and +40°C. Pallets should be stacked in a single row. Flammable material storage regulations must be observed. Shelf life: 18 months from the date of manufacture.

Packaging: Metal buckets, plastic buckets, and metal drums. Packaging type is agreed upon before contract signing.
