Fast-Drying Bitumen Primer

The primer is composed of polymers, waterproofing bitumen, and special modifying additives. Due to its high penetrating ability and rapid drying, it quickly and firmly bonds with different surfaces and materials.

Reduces the risk of blistering, delamination, and defects by up to 3 times;

Saves installation time and allows earlier application of roll waterproofing materials;

Prepares substrates for waterproofing installation;

Ensures reliable adhesion between the waterproofing layer and the substrate;

Reduces material consumption by up to 2 times due to its low viscosity.

Application: Before applying the primer, clean the surface from dust and dirt. The substrate moisture content must not exceed 10%, and there must be no water film on the surface.

After the cement-based substrate has gained sufficient strength, begin priming. Stir the primer thoroughly before use. Apply one coat using a roller, brush, or suitable spray equipment.

After 3 hours, place a tissue on the surface. If no primer marks remain, the surface is dry. Under normal conditions (+25°C), the primer dries within approximately 2 hours.

The treated surface forms a hydrophobic protective layer. Once fully dry, roll bitumen membranes and other waterproofing materials may be installed.

Storage: Store in a dry place protected from sunlight at temperatures from 0°C to +35°C. Shelf life: 12 months.

Transportation: Can be transported by all types of transport in a single vertical row. Transportation requirements for flammable materials must be observed.

Packaging: Metal buckets, plastic buckets, and metal drums. Packaging type is agreed upon before signing the contract.
