MBR Bitumen-Rubber Mastic

The MBR 55, 65, 75 mastic is heated to a temperature of 100°C or higher and applied in liquid form to a substrate previously primed with bitumen primer. Application can be carried out using a spatula, brush, or by pouring and leveling. Material consumption depends on the type of work and starts from 1.5 kg/m².

Application: MBR 55, 65, 75 is mainly used on surfaces exposed to high humidity, for insulation of underground steel pipelines and other structures against soil corrosion, as well as for sealing joints and cracks in roofing systems. After application, it forms a seamless and elastic waterproofing layer with a service life exceeding 35 years.

Storage: Store in a dry place protected from sunlight at temperatures from -10°C to +30°C.

Transportation: The waterproofing mastic can be transported by all types of covered vehicles in accordance with applicable cargo transportation regulations.

Packaging: 20 kg cardboard boxes with an inner polyethylene protective lining.
